Use of this website, and all orders made within, is subject to all of the following terms and conditions.
The placement of any order acts as an admission from the customer, that he or she has read, understood and agreed to all of the terms and conditions of sale.
The following points are susceptible to modification by LOOK AT MY DOG. Any order made will remain subject to the terms and conditions stated at the time of placement.
1. Our products
All products are carefully chosen by LOOK AT MY DOG. Product availability is subject to stock availability. In the event of a discontinued product, on the part of a supplier, LOOK AT MY DOG cannot be held responsible.
2. Orders
All orders can be made via the site www.lookatmydog.be. Before orders can be placed, client must become registered users. This registration is necessary for customer assurance and optimum service.
Orders become effective after confirmation has been sent. This confirmation will be sent to the email address used in registration, and this receipt will include your order number. You will receive an email to confirm the postage of your order.
LOOK AT MY DOG reserves the right to refuse any order.
3. Prices and taxes
All our prices are in euros, tax inclusive, (TTC) (VAT : 21% in Belgium) and postage is not included..
Customs charges, local taxes, import taxes and other state taxes may apply. Any charges of this sort are the responsibility of the customer, and LOOK AT MY DOG is not obliged to contribute. The customer is responsible for any payment relating to the terms of declaration imposed by the authorities and import organisations of their country. We advise customers to make any necessary enquiries with their local authorities.
For information on delivery charges, please refer to the table below. The prices are subject to modification in relation to market fluctuation. This is not the responsibility of LOOK AT MY DOG.
Charges will not change after the issue of order receipt and order confirmation.

All products remain property of LOOK AT MY DOG until full payment is received. Orders will only be sent once payment is received.
Orders must be paid in full within 15 days or be subject to cancellation by LOOK AT MY DOG.

5. Delivery
The postage costs are displayed in the posatge cost table. The costs will change in accordance with postal tariffs. Parcels can be sent either first class or registered post. In the case of products valued at 100 euros or more, registered post is obligatory and is free for Belgium!!
LOOK AT MY DOG will not be held responsible for stolen, damaged or lost parcels.
In the case of an error in the address, made by the client, LOOK AT MY DOG will not be responsible for the non delivery of the parcel and postage costs will have to be paid again if the parcel is returned.
LOOK AT MY DOG does everything possible to respect delivery times. However, delays can occur.
LOOK AT MY DOG cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
Orders will only be processed once payment is received.

6. Returns policy
You have the right to return any item within 7 days of the receipt of your order. If you wish to make a return, you must ensure that the item is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and is accompanied by the receipt. Please send to the following address:

Once the returned parcel is received, the value of the item will be reimbursed, either as credit or monetary refund. Postage costs stand.
We won’t accept returns on damaged or used items
If the returned parcel fails to arrive, no reimbursement will take place.
7. Receipt of faulty or wrongly described item.
If an item is defective or is not what was described on the website, we can exchange it (depending on stock availability) or we can offer you a refund or site credit of equal value.
In the case of refund or credit, please make sure you return the product with a note explaining the situation, as soon as possible, at the address below:

Refund or exchange will only be activated after the receipt of the item. Postage costs will also be reimbursed.
Refunds will only be possible for up to a month after purchase. .
8. Postage guarentee
If you do not receive your order we will do everything possible to resolve the situation, and if necessary, to reimburse you.
We will make a claim to the responsible postal service.
We will offer you credit equal to the value of the product purchased. There are, however, some limits to the guarantee:
- If the relevant postal service can provide proof of delivery, Look at My Dog will not be held responsible and no reimbursement will be made available.
- In the case of Registered Belgian Post, a claim will be made if the parcel is not received by the customer. Site credit will be offered as a solution in this scenario, to provide fast customer compensation.
- For a Priority service within Belgium, there is no signature system in place, and thus no reimbursement will be offered in the case of non-receipt.
If there is an item missing from your order, which has been included on the invoice, then no reimbursement or refund will be offered, without full proof that the item is missing. In the case of proof provided, Look At My Dog will offer site credit equal to the value of the missing item.
Regardless of the method of postage chosen, no refund will be made possible if a time period of more than a month elapses before a complaint is lodged.
9. Use of gift voucher or site credit
Both gift vouchers and site credit remain valid for up to four months. (Calendar date)
Each voucher is unique.
You can redeem your voucher/site credit for any order with equal or superior value to the voucher.
Only one voucher may be used per order.
10. Personal information
To offer optimal service, we are obliged to take some of your personal information. This is unavoidable, and done in order to maintain efficient service. This information is only used internally and will not be, in any case, given to third parties. You can modify your information directly on www.lookatmydog.be via your account page. You can also ask us to delete it by sending an email to info[at]lookatmydog.be.
11. Refund
Refunds will only be made to your account via bank transfer. Consequently, when a refund is to be made in your favour, you will have to provide us with your bank account number (Belgium only), your IBAN and BIC codes (Identification for your banking agency).
No other method of refund is possible.
12. Litigation
If there is a disagreement between a customer and LOOK AT MY DOG, parties will do their best to resolve it amicably. However, if no agreement can be made, Belgian laws will apply, and the Tribunal at Huy (Belgium) is the only competent court that will be delegated to litigate.
